Summary: This was a great hotel for staying close by to the hospital for a family member. Had everything I needed just like a small apartment and the breakfast was good for a hotel. I would’ve rated my stay as four or five stars total if my checkout experience hadn’t been bad. I needed to stay another night and unfortunately they were all booked up but the front desk associate offered me a late check out so I could find another hotel nearby, which I greatly appreciated. However, at 11 o’clock on my checkout day, I had three different people knocking on my door asking when I was going to check out and people seem to be very confused that I was going to be there a little bit longer and hadn’t communicated. One housekeeper even told me she was “going to go cuss out the manager.” Obviously this left a very bad taste in my mouth for it otherwise great visit.

Summary: When we walked in, it seemed ok but then I noticed up above that the wall had paper falling off. It took awhile to get our room for some reason. The lady checking us in, her phone rang, she stopped it but the guy working next to her yelled at her about it. It was very uncomfortable. We got our room and went there. I noticed things did not look as put together as other Hilton hotels. Looked run down. Our room smelled moldy. We got a two bedroom for 3 nights. The main bedroom always felt wet. The bed, sheets and everything we brought in became damp feeling. The curtain was hanging off the rods on the ends and looked to be that way for a while. All the seats in the rooms were really shredded looking. They all need replacing. The couch looked dirty. When we went for breakfast, the lady working there was so nice and talked to us and took great care of everyone. But the food was really not good. I got a bagel to toast and it was stale and hard as a rock. Just was not good. We are Hilton members, even though we do not travel a lot and stay in hotels but when we do it is usually a Hilton because we have walkways enjoyed our stay with them and like how clean and nice they are. Sadly, this was not good. Hilton needs to do some major renovations and replace a lot of things. I did not take any pictures but we stayed in room 212 in a two bedroom. I would not recommend staying here if any of this bothers you. It was not up to Hilton standards. The floors were also rough and nasty.

Summary: My family has been staying here a few times a year for about 8 years now. This place just continually goes down in cleanliness and appeal. Everything is always dirty, broken, or missing. Bowls with mold, missing shower curtains, floor tiles peeling up. And it doesn't matter which room you're in, they're all unkempt. When we first started staying here, it was clean and friendly but I think we'll start looking for a new location for our family visits.

Summary: For it to be a Hilton hotel it needs to be upgrade. The lobby was nice. The elevator did not work the whole weekend had to carry my bags to the 3rd floor. There was no lights in back parking area. My room vents was dusty wasn't clean properly. Curtains had stains and holes. Tub needs updated. Front desk clerk was nice.

Summary: Elevator was broke my entire 5 night stay. Only got housekeeping services 1 day. Shower drained very slowly, standing in lake when finished. Refrigerator was missing the ice cube tray. Breakfast very underwhelming.

Summary: We stay here every few months and it has started to go downhill. It took 15 minutes for the agent to get us checked in…it took him awhile to find a clean room available (I assume). The lobby was dirty, there was trash by every elevator and one elevator was even out of order. The one working elevator was dirty inside and made the worse noises. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it smelled of mildew and there were bags of trash by the elevator all afternoon and in the morning. The room had one glass in the cabinet and the at glass was dirty. We needed ice right away, I went to ask the agent (who was on his phone) for some ice and he said to me “what about your ice maker”? well since there’s no ice in it..I went to ask the agent for some. He said “do you have anything to put it in”? With my hands full..I shrugged and said no. He ended up giving me about a quart size bag of ice. Our ice maker never ended up make enough ice to fill a cup. The bed is about the only comfortable thing in the room. The couch is terrible..I’ve sat on wood that was more comfortable. The oddest thing to me is that, instead of a pump bottle of handwashing soap, is body lotion. I used the lotion countless times trying to wash my hands instead of the bar soap that was in a box. Weird. I think (my opinion of course) the pump bottle should have hand soap instead. Breakfast was cold at 7:30am Other than all of this..will we stay again? Probably, BUT only because it’s next door to a Bonefish

Summary: Check in was easy! Hotel lobby looked nice. That changed upon entering elevator. The smell was terrible, carpet heavily soiled. Paint chipping off walls. Walls filthy, rooms smelly. Furniture very worn! Tub clogged with hair causing water to not drain. Sleeper sofa mattress cover soiled. Had to ask for towels and wash cloths numerous times. Short staffed!!! Not a pleasant stay.

Summary: Rooms were not ready upon check in at 5:30pm, had to wait 30 minutes. Rooms were not very clean. Upon check out, staff could not find out name in the system even though they had checked us in.

Summary: Overall we had a great stay. The building is dated, but they supplied all the necessary items. We were greeted kindly by the front staff. The room was basic but clean. The breakfast was lacking both in quality and quantity. The maid was nice.
