Summary: We booked this last minute for a staycation, and we couldn’t have been happier! From the start, the staff was incredibly sweet on the phone and even arranged an early check-in for us. The room was perfect for our group — two moms and four kids — spacious and more than we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that on Wednesdays, they offer a complimentary social hour with dinner, beer, and wine. The chef even made a special pasta dish just for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch! The pool was great, and the putt-putt area added extra fun for the kids. They even accommodated a late check-out so the kids could swim one more time before we left — such a nice gesture! It was the perfect little staycation, and we’ll definitely be back!

Summary: I got last night on my booking about 11:30 at night and right back told me that they sent me to another room as an " upgrade ". Once I got into the room it's not what we expected, there was someone next to my room all night snoring, next to my bed walI, was exhausting, you'll see the Charleston supposed to go rest it was very uninviting. I have to reprogram my car at least 10 times because it wasn't working anywhere about 10 times, very ridiculous. On top of that every time I try to get info nobody speak English just Creole. Very sensify story experience I would love to get my money back!!

Summary: Great overall stay, greeted warmly at the front desk upon entering. Nice hotel in a quiet area, lots of amenities nearby. I highly recommend Dragon foot spa next door for a relaxing massage. We noticed some of the dishes were still dirty, and a few hairs in the shower. Despite this I would still stay again because overall the room was clean and it was a great stay. If you are picky about pillows, I would suggest to bring your own. They are made of down feathers and flattened out making it quite uncomfortable.

Summary: Stay was good overall. There was some confusion about our room being ready when we arrived at 4:00, but they quickly handled the matter and got us to our room. My only complaint would be the water pressure. It was not good at all. A normal shower that takes 10 minutes, turned into about 15 minutes because of the pressure. We would stay here again. The place was nice and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
