Summary: This was our second stay here, a very short one as we came on a business trip, not a vacation. But once again, we absolutely LOVED IT! We also felt safe and secure as the condo was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to our arrival due to the coronavirus threat. On top of this, for everyone's safety, Gala installed the lockbox next to the door, so we didn't interfere with anyone in person but got the keys from the lockbox when we arrived and then left it in the box upon departure. Gala's place is truly a home away from home, one of the most beautiful and delightful places we have ever stayed at! Last time when we stayed for five months, this condo with two-bedrooms, two full baths, and two additional sleeper chairs, was perfect for accommodating our visiting kids and friends for the holidays. All beds have memory foam mattresses making them so comfortable you don't want to get up. Plenty of storage space, we never could fill all of the drawers! I have to add that the layout of the apartment is well thought out with the bedrooms/ bathrooms being on the opposite sides of the Living room making each of them completely private. The laundry closet is on the same floor, which is so convenient! The kitchen is fantastic, it is equipped better than our kitchen at home! Gorgeous stylish bathrooms with the granite-top vanities and matching sets of towels for each. Very well thought out design and decor. One feels at this home pampered and cared - everything is so nice, so delightful, so accommodating, and you cannot beat the price for what you get here! Add to this the tennis courts on-site, a super-sized pool with the heated water, a wonderful jacuzzi, the proximity to every entertainment you could think about, restaurants, malls, golfing and beaches - and you truly don't need anything else! We wish we could stay longer! Gala is an exceptional host! Always available if we had questions, she compiled a list of places to visit, restaurants to eat at, etc. She has a special Welcome binder containing all the local information from the supermarkets to the dental offices to the boat renting and fishing services. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: We loved staying here. The condo looked and felf better than in the pictures and description. We didn't want to leave!! Everything was just perfect and the owner was very helpful, always available when we had questions. We definitely will return.

Summary: Legacy Place is a elegant complex that feels quite secure and has a lot to offer including beautiful grounds, a large, heated pool, a relaxing jacuzzi hottub, and a well-equipped gym!!! Your home-away-from-home is a luxurious condo in a beautiful area with wonderful, sandy beaches only minutes away! You picked the perfect place to vacation in West Palm Beach, and If you're fortunate enough to stay here, you will catch your breath the moment you walk through the door! This beautiful corner condo is decorated and furnished both elegantly and comfortably with every room making you feel like royalty! I venture to say you will have everything you need and then some to relax and enjoy your time away from home without a care in the world! To begin, I cannot say enough about Gala the owner and host of this property! Communication with her was always timely and she made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and completely satisfied with our stay! Gala seems to really enjoy working with people, and she is very knowledgeable about the area as she had many suggestions on things for us to do! The condo itself has everything you could ever need or want to enjoy your stay! If it doesn’t have it - you probably don’t need it! The kitchen is filled to the brim with everything you could need to make a delicious meal and then some! The bedrooms have more than enough of luxurious linens and towels, including a plethora of beach towels for those countless sunny days! Each room has its own flat screen TV for everyones’ A/V pleasure, with the one in the living room large enough to give a home theatre screen a run for its money! As far as the surrounding area, practically every store or shop you could imagine is within easy and quick walking distance. A Publix Greenwise grocery is only minutes away, and The Garden Mall is a shoppers’ paradise offering a ton of stores - with many of them being high - end and designer name stores! The gorgeous beach is also quite close – less than a 10 minute drive and so beautiful with many hours spent there! We even spotted a manatee munching on seaweed just steps from the shore! Many blissful days were had in this magical area and most amazing condo! I highly recommend it for anyone who wishes to completely relax and take in Florida’s East coast beauty without a care in the world! Make your reservation today!!!

Summary: We loved staying at this beautiful home! Impeccable in its arrangements, fully equipped, cozy and welcoming, overlooking a lake with the fountain, this place was better than just a home away from home! The resort-like pool, a state of the art gym, tennis courts - we used all and everything this community had to offer, and we absolutely loved it! Location was also exceptional with the stores and restaurants walking distance, a Public Library just a mile away, and the Gardens Mall five minutes drive. Close to the beaches and 15 minutes from the Cityplace in West Palm Beach - this condo offered everything we wanted and much more!

Summary: It is hard to know where to start. There are so many wonderful things about this home. This is a large corner unit condo in a wonderfully quiet gated community with large pool, hot tub, gas grills and very nice workout room. There are two bedrooms (both with on-suites), huge closets, large kitchen with sit-up bar and an enormous living room. The owner did not skimp on anything when decorating. The place comes complete with first class furnishings, large flat screen tv, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer and a very comfortable bed/mattress. The balcony overlooks a pond with a fountain and is very private and quiet. I often enjoyed my morning coffee and evening glass of wine sitting on the balcony listening to the calming sound of water and watching the herons feeding along the shore. The (wonderful large) beaches are a 10 minute drive away. The nearby (walking distance) shopping center has a nice choice of restaurants and a Publix Greenwise that is one of the best grocery stores I have ever encountered. One of the largest shopping malls in Florida is literally 5 minutes away. I-95 is conveniently close, but not so close that you are aware. If I was looking to purchase a property in South Florida, this condo would be at the top of the list (If I could convince the owner to part with it.), but sadly my stay here is temporary. This property will feel like your home the minute you walk in and I guarantee you that you won't want to leave.

Summary: This home was absolutely perfect for our three month stay this winter. It is a beautiful home in a gated community . Everything was there that you would need and it was in a fabulous location, walking distance to the shops at legacy place as well as very close to the malls, movie theatre, Eissey Theater, library and many wonderful restaurants. The pool area was beautiful reminding us of a resort pool area with a hot tub and ample chaise lounge chairs. The gym was well equipped as well. The house had ample linens, towels and kitchen utensils and was clean and well maintained. The beaches are about 15 minutes away. The listing was very accurate and the owner was extremely nice and very responsive. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return as well.

Summary: You literally just need to pack your bags, get here and start enjoying the community. This condo is quite lovely, comfortable, fully stocked with anything you would need if you were living in your own home. The owners have done a great job at decorating this home, and my husband and I have been quite comfortable here. This place is also more spacious than the pictures give it credit. There is a patio off the kitchen which overlooks a small pond with a fountain, and the sunsets are absolutely gorgeous every evening. The pool area is awesome, it's like a place you would find at a nice resort hotel, the hot tub is awesome too! Legacy Place management makes sure that the community is always secure and they do a great job taking care of the grounds and all of the landscape is very appealing. The other wonderful point about being here is that you can literally walk out the door and you can go shopping, eat, there is a Publix Greenwise, you literally don't even need to get in the car to drive anywhere, EVERYTHING is within walking distance. I feel that my husband and I were quite fortunate to find this property as we had a house fire and literally needed to find a place that had everything, and we were absolutely thrilled when we found this property. We literally brought our things, and in an instant we were settled in. I most definitely recommend this place if you're looking for something that is central to everything in Palm Beach County, and if you are looking for the perfect home away from home, this condo is absolutely awesome!

Summary: I have been staying at the condo for 5 days and I don't want to leave. Enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the lake and fountain as I write this. This complex is private, quiet, secure with assigned parking and beautifully landscaped. A short walk to shopping and dining within the complex or a 15 minute walk to a really world class mall and dining across the highway. 10 minutes to the beach or to PGA National Resort if you want to leave, but I found myself taking a walk over to the pool and jacuzzi for a day of lounging after a workout in the very nice on-site gym. Don't want to eat out? A Publix grocery store is nearby and you can prepare dinner either in the well stocked kitchen or grille some steaks on the 2 gas grilles available for use in the pool area. The owner did not skimp on furnishings either. Very luxurious and comfortable with large bedrooms each with a private bath and a ton of closet space. Wonder if the owner wants to sell? If only I could move my job here!!!

Summary: This condo is magnificent. It's clean, fully supplied with sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, a large-screen TV, computer nook, two balconies and elegant decor. When I come here, I immediately feel a weight off my shoulders, like I have nothing to worry about. All I have to do is have fun, relax, and enjoy the warmth and beauty of Florida. Seriously. If I want, I can stay in the condo all day and feel like I'm away at my own exclusive vacation home; if not, there is a grocery store and spirits store right across the street with cute boutiques and other shopping venues. The beach is also so close, just a 5-minute ride in the car. I can spend all the day on the beach or shopping, or doing absolutely nothing. If I want to get out but not walk across the street or go to the beach, there is a pool, gym, and jacuzzi on-site, as well as lovely grounds to take walks on. There are fountains and small lakes and waterways with bridges. Also, contacting the landlord is easy if anything should go amiss. She is friendly and knows a lot about the area. Staying here is truly the perfect vacation and I feel completely at home. It's wonderful. I can't wait to come back here again next year. I recommend this condo to anyone who wants the most worry-free, perfect, fun and relaxing vacation they could ever want.

Summary: This was my second time staying at this specific condo, and I can't gush enough about how cozy, elegant, and relaxing this place really is. The unit itself is always clean, and perfectly arranged when I arrive. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds have new, clean sheets, there is a washer and dryer, and two patios to enjoy the views. I love that I can just walk to the grocery store to grab ingredients for dinner, or the huge wine store right next to it any time of the day. There's even walking distance restaurants and boutiques for shopping. The pool is always the perfect temperature -- and there's a jacuzzi! I've been pretty lucky with the weather, but even if it's chilly outside (not so common for Florida), the pool has been just warm enough to be inviting or just cool enough to be refreshing. There are some beautiful beaches within a 5 minute drive eastbound, and you can't forget the giant high-end shopping mall across the main causeway. The owner of the condo has been very sweet and accomodating. I'll be bringing my sister and her husband with me next time I visit!
