Summary: From the minute we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags and check in a few hours early. The room was gorgeous and had a mini bar in the room with plenty of options for tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean with all amenities of soap, shampoo, heated towels,bathrobe and slippers. Within a 5 min walk from the subway station. And right on the water. Beautiful views. The hotel also has a work out fitness room and an outdoor pool and spa. They have a sister hotel across the road you can also utilize. Staff will give you a city pass for free transportation. HIGHLY recommend and would stay here again.

Summary: The room we stayed in was impeccably clean. It was well designed and was very well appointed. My only complaint would be that we were staying on the top floor and the room had low ceilings so there were many times that my husband (who is 6 feet tall) hit his head. My other complaint is that the parking garage was a bit inconvenient. There was a stairwell leading to the main property but there was water accumulating at the exit of the garage so we had to navigate not falling into a puddle and carrying our bags up the stairs. The pool was nice. The restaurant was delicious and had excellent service despite being understaffed. The location of the hotel was excellent being right by the waterfront. We were very close to the boat launch—which was lovely. The Hotel staff was very friendly and kind.
