Positive: The hotel location was great. Walkable to all areas we wanted to visit. The air conditioning in our room was working perfectly. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Negative: The listing on Booking.com states an airport shuttle but when you look into it more on the website there is an asterisk* saying it is an “extra charge”. They will arrange a cab for you but it is at your personal expense.
Summary: Great stay— would stay again.

Positive: Everything was as advertised. We got an airport shuttle in both directions and he was always on time. Breakfast was delicious -- better than any continental breakfast I have had at a hotel in the USA. It comes out buffet style and isn't under warmers, which others have complained about but I thought it was fine. The pool and restaurant are both on the 7th floor and they're lovely; I highly recommend getting a meal at the restaurant and eating it at one of the tables by the pool that overlooks the city. I really don't know the area, so I can't say if it is in a good location or not, but I always felt safe enough for someone traveling internationally.
Negative: There was nothing I didn't like! If you are used to really high standards in the USA, this could disappoint a bit by not being as updated or not having central air conditioning, but I thought it was great. I do think their exchange rate from sol to USD was higher than average, but it was still cheaper than any equivalent in the USA.

Positive: Location is good, close to restaurants and bars. Air-con in the rooms was really nice and hotel was clean.
Negative: Breakfast looked that and I couldn’t bring myself to try anything. Staff on reception not overly helpful and I do not feel the hotel was great value for money.
Summary: A very basic hotel which was comfortable
