Positive: The first floor frescoes are amazing. You do not need to stay just to see them. Breakfast was just OK. Room was nice with most trimmings. A two stars rated four stars.
Negative: The maintenance is poor. The TV did not work. The king size bed had two mattresses that opened in the middle and effectively ruin the sleep. Breakfast was missing prosciutto. The scrambled eggs were placed at 6.40 am and were cold by 7 am. They charge you extra if you ask for fried eggs. Orange juice is chemical, not natural. They take 10 or more minutes to make and serve any coffee and it is always luke warm. You can't take the elevator to your floor because it stops in the middle and you need to shlep your luggage up-down stairs with no help. The hotel is a two stars service.

Positive: Everything about the property was amazing. Staff so helpful, beautiful building great to be able to come back after busy day and relax by pool. I had two grandchildren they were so welcomed.
Negative: Nothing not to like.
Summary: I will go back to this property without hesitation and recommend it.

Positive: We loved loved loved Hotel Villa Babarich. Venice is amazing but it was so nice to have a place to come home to to relax without hundreds of people. The pool area was divine we loved it and even cut short another day in Venice to just spend by the pool! The hot weather made our stay here more like a luxurious pool holiday, not just a few days in the hustle and bustle of Venice. The staff were lovely, from the front office staff, the driver and the girls during breakfast. The housekeeping staff were also lovely. The breakfast was lovely - the pannacotta was the best I've ever had as were the croissants (we ate way too many)! The free shuttle too and from Venice was amazing. Couldn't have had a better stay. We will definitely be back - for longer! We've already told all our family and friends how amazing it was here! Thank you for making our Italian holiday so memorable.
Negative: The floor in our room felt dirty which was a bit annoying as had to wipe our feet to hop on bed. That's the only minor thing.

Positive: Lovely, serene location. Large rooms, private garden patio. Free shuttle to Venice drop off point. Perfect for a quick overnight stop on the way to Croatia. Highly recommend for a quick visit to Venice. Terrific staff. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: Perfect location to relax after the hustle and bustle.of Venice City. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and rooms and grounds very clean. The complimentary shuttle bus to and from the city was very handy and punctual. Picturesque setting pf the hotel was beautiful and very enjoyable while having breakfast in the morning or a drink in the evening. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we were there but also looked nice and relaxing.
Negative: We couldn't stay longer!
