Positive: The check in process was super fast. The room was super clean. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities were simple and in working order. The location was perfect for our TAMU visit and close to a number of restaurants and shopping.
Negative: There was nothing I did not like. There were some places in the lobby and room that could have used touch up paint, but that was expected at this price point. The pool had been filled in, which was disappointing to my grandchild.
Summary: Perfect place to stay for a budget friendly stay.

Positive: The staff are very nice, including the maintenance man. The room was very nice and spacious especially for pricing. I have been to some low budget hotels and this room was hands down the best one. I felt safe in the area. I was in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and the stadium.
Negative: Initially a pool was advertised but it is no longer there. The TV didn't work so the maintenance man had to come at night to fix it but couldn't get it to work so he had to bring another but the next day. I stayed 2 nights. Not many options for breakfast. They had hz oney buns, packet oatmeal, yogurt, orange juice, and coffee. Lady said they are just starting out so they get some grace. The housekeeper didn't clean the room that 1 day.
Summary: Comfortable but needs more accommodations

Positive: The value of what I paid compared to the room I stayed in. I had several friends who paid 3 times what I paid for another hotel across the street. I had a great room.
Negative: I would have liked to see fresh fruit with the complimentary breakfast.
Summary: It was wonderful.
