Dog friendly cottage! Beautiful cottage located in Harbor Village on the Hyannis Port border. Unwind after a day of exploring historic Main Street in Hyannis, or the nearby islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, or roaming local beaches, with a memorable stay at Harbor Village Cape Cod, right by the scenic Atlantic shore.
Master bedroom has a King bed. Second bedroom has twin beds. Full bathroom with tub and shower. Dishwasher, Central Heat and Central A/C, Washer/Dryer, TV, Wi-Fi. new gas grill. Parking for 2 cars. This cottage features sliders from the living room and master bedroom to a very private deck overlooking a tidal estuary and a view of Nantucket Sound. From your deck you can watch the ferries traveling back and forth from the islands to Hyannis Harbor.
This cottage overlooks a tidal estuary and it is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along the tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach on Nantucket Sound. A 3-minute stroll. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees.
This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management, linen service, and beach chairs. Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 21 to August 30. 2-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 21 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between August 30 and October 30 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend).
Harbor Village is truly a unique one-of-a kind jewel on Cape Cod. It is a quiet, secluded compound of 21 Cape style cottages on a 17-acre peninsula studded with pine trees, with a private sandy path leading to two ocean beaches. We are located on the south shore of Cape Cod at the edge of Hyannis Port, within walking distance of the Kennedy compound. If you follow of our footpath to the beach, there are also sidewalks on Ocean Ave and Sea Street that go all the way to historic Main Street in Hyannis.
In fact, Harbor Village is the perfect location for your Cape Cod vacation. There is no other place on the Cape that has the quiet solitude of Harbor Village, while also providing the excitement of all of Cape Cod’s attractions nearby. The Cape Cod Melody Tent, and Historic Main Street in downtown Hyannis with shops, restaurants and pubs, are less than a mile away. Take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis Harbor, one mile from our Harbor Village entrance.
Hyannis is considered to be "The Capital" of Cape Cod. If you stay for a week in any other town on the Cape, you will find yourself driving in Cape traffic to Hyannis nearly every day of your vacation, because Hyannis is where all of the action is, and it has some of the best beaches in Massachusetts.

Summary: After a crazy year of quarantining, home schooling, working from home and wearing masks, our family of four was grateful to go on vacation! The Merrow House was perfect for us; clean, great location, gorgeous views and lots of deck area that felt private even with other cottages nearby. We had access to fresh towels when needed and the property managers, Shirley and Bob were very sweet and easy to access when needed. Access to a pretty and quiet beach (with lots of shells and rocks to pick up!) Was through an easy walking path. We would love to return!

Summary: The cottage was perfect as a relaxing place to stay in the Cape. Very close to the beach and a short trip to the many restaurants on main street. It was also a great base for visiting the other nearby towns. We had a great time and would highly recommend this cottage!

Summary: This cottage was so cute! It had views of a marsh and the ocean. (We stayed in Gull Cottage). It had all the amenities that we needed (washer/dryer, gas grill, outdoor seating, comfy couch, 1 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen had all cookware and plates and utensils for cooking). It also had a full sized refrigerator. The master bed was very comfortable. The property manager is a gem! She was so welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!!!
