Dog friendly cottage! Located in Harbor Village on the Hyannis Port border. 3 bedroom, 2 bath Cape style cottage. New kitchen and 1st floor bathroom with tub and shower. Dishwasher, washer & dryer, Central Heat and Central A/C, TV, Wi Fi, outdoor shower, private deck, new Weber grill. Parking for 3 cars. Master bedroom with queen sized bed and bedroom with 2 twin beds are on the first floor. 3rd Bedroom with twin beds is on the second floor. Full bathroom with shower on second floor.
This cottage is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along a tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach on Nantucket Sound. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees.
This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management, linen service, beach towels and beach chairs. Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 21 to August 30. 2-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 21 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between August 30 and October 30 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend).
Harbor Village is truly a unique one-of-a kind jewel on Cape Cod. It is a quiet, secluded compound of 21 Cape style cottages on a 17-acre peninsula studded with pine trees, with a private sandy path leading to two ocean beaches. We are located on the south shore of Cape Cod at the edge of Hyannisport, within walking distance of the Kennedy compound.
In fact, Harbor Village is the perfect location for your Cape Cod vacation. There is no other place on the Cape that has the quiet solitude of Harbor Village, while also providing the excitement of all of Cape Cod’s attractions nearby. The Cape Cod Melody Tent, and Historic Main Street in downtown Hyannis with shops, restaurants and pubs, are less than a mile away. Take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis Harbor, one mile from our Harbor Village entrance.
Hyannis is considered to be "The Capital" of Cape Cod. If you stay for a week in any other town on the Cape, you will find yourself driving in Cape traffic to Hyannis nearly every day of your vacation, because Hyannis is where all of the action is, and it has some of the best beaches in Massachusetts.

Summary: We loved our stay at Harbor Village—Cape Cod! Scott (the manager) and his wife were great and answered every question we had. The village has everything you need for the beach, including extra bedding and towels. The house was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. We highly recommend this home for vacation!

Summary: We had the best time staying at this property. The location was as described - a few minutes’ easy walk to a gentle beach, and an easy drive to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Shirley and her husband Bob were responsive and helpful. The house was clean and cute and as described.

Summary: This is the perfect place for a couple who wants access to a lovely beach. A 10 minute walk, maximum, will get you to a beach. The house is in good shape and well cared for. It had everything we needed. If I had any questions, and I always have a lot, the property manager answered promptly and in a very helpful way! Highly recommend

Summary: Very accurate description. We loved it! Extremely comfortable and everything we needed was there. Beach was a close walk or drive and the home felt very private. While we wished the bed was larger, it was still extremely comfortable!
