Unwind after a day of exploring historic Main Street in Hyannis, or the nearby islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, or roaming local beaches, with a memorable stay at Harbor Village Cape Cod, right by the scenic Atlantic shore.
1BR with Queen Bed, 1 full bathroom with tub and shower, Air Conditioning, Electric Heat, TV, Wi-Fi. Deck with table and chairs. Weber gas grill. Parking for 2 cars. Beautiful ocean breeze and views of Nantucket Sound. From your deck you can relax and read a book, while watching the ferries traveling back and forth from the islands to Hyannis Harbor. A day bed in living room also has nice ocean view.
This cottage is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along a tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach on Nantucket Sound. A 3-minute stroll. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees.
This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management, linen service, and beach chairs. Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 21 to August 30. 2-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 21 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between August 30 and October 30 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend).
Harbor Village is truly a unique one-of-a kind jewel on Cape Cod. It is a quiet, secluded compound of 21 Cape style cottages on a 17-acre peninsula studded with pine trees, with a private sandy path leading to two ocean beaches. We are located on the south shore of Cape Cod at the edge of Hyannis Port, within walking distance of the Kennedy compound. If you follow of our footpath to the beach, there are also sidewalks on Ocean Ave and Sea Street that go all the way to historic Main Street in Hyannis.
In fact, Harbor Village is the perfect location for your Cape Cod vacation. There is no other place on the Cape that has the quiet solitude of Harbor Village, while also providing the excitement of all of Cape Cod’s attractions nearby. The Cape Cod Melody Tent, and Historic Main Street in downtown Hyannis with shops, restaurants and pubs, are less than a mile away. Take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis Harbor, one mile from our Harbor Village entrance.
Hyannis is considered to be "The Capital" of Cape Cod. If you stay for a week in any other town on the Cape, you will find yourself driving in Cape traffic to Hyannis nearly every day of your vacation, because Hyannis is where all of the action is, and it has some of the best beaches in Massachusetts.

Summary: Beautiful cottage with all amenities. Clean and inviting. Steps from a beach and a few minutes drive to a variety of excellent restaurants in Hyannis. The manager, Shirley, was most welcoming and even provided furniture covers so that our spoiled dog could sit on the furniture. Will definitely return next year.

Summary: Beautiful little cottage with a view of a pond and the ocean. Walk down a short trail to the beach. Walk to downtown Hyannis is about a mile and an easy walk. We walked everywhere. Cottage was well equipped, clean and cozy. Quiet mornings on the porch with coffee. Has a gas grill for an outdoor dinner. The couple managing it was super helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The view from the deck , and in fact the whole exterior of the house was very nice. However, I am very disappointed with it. Not because of the mouse droppings inside, nor the advertised linen service that was actually self service. The beach that was nearly inundated with plant life washing ashore wasn’t the issue either. It was that the interior of the house was devoid of any charm. The walls and kitchen were dull and worn. The carpets and carpeting was dirty, needing a deep clean. This was not the case of all the houses at Village Harbour. Initially were shown Whalers Watch and upon unloading our things into that house, I noticed it was very charming and in great condition. It’s too bad the property manager had to ask us to move out of that house and that she was unappreciative of the trouble we went to in loading all our things up, not long after unloading them into that house.

Summary: This lovely little Cape Cod-styled bungalow is just right. I miss it still. It has nice decor and my sweetheart and I felt right at home. Its wonderful to come into Harbor Village (in a very beautiful part of Hyannis Port) and the owners and other guests will give you a wave or say hello. I found the owners to be delightful and helpful without being intrusive. I do enjoy some privacy and nights were peaceful. The property and individual rentals are all so beautiful and unique. I'm heading back in the Fall.
