Summary: Hotel was literally at the Arch. Our room had an excellent front view of the St Louis Arch. We watched the 4th of July celebration from our room. The hotel was also walking distance to St Louis Cardinals baseball stadium and many restaurants.

Summary: The Hyatt Regency is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. Depending on what room you're in, you'll be able to see the Arch right out of your window. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the location downtown was great. My only real complaint is the price, but I guess you get what you pay for. The $50 a night valet only parking was also a pain, with long lines, but I guess it beats parking on the street downtown.

Summary: Could use a little more sound proofing in the room. I could hear my neighbor argue about who was on the edge of the bed and they let their kid cry for 30 minutes at 3:30 am

Summary: I would have given this a four star rating for the hotel cleaniness and service of everyone else except for reservations and front desk who checked us in. We are a family of five and I requested two rooms and I sent a request for connecting rooms. I spoke to reservations agent who transferred me to the manager name but nobody called me back. Not only did we not have connecting rooms, we were not even on the same floor for our family of five. We had to get separated. Which is very frustrating because just two hours before the trip, when I called again to confirm connecting rooms, we were told there were no connecting rooms and no changes were allowed per the manager, but we were told we were on the same floor. When we arrived the front desk agent said there was a leak in both rooms, very odd that both rooms had a leak, but nobody called us back to tell us that we were going to be separated. It was not an ideal situation, but we were not given a choice of anything else.

Summary: Super cute room with a view. I stayed an extra day after my son’s soccer tournament to explore. Super close to the arch and within walking distance of restaurants. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. They started cleaning the hallway carpets at 9 am which woke me up and made it extremely hot other than that it was prefect.

Summary: The location of the hotel was perfect. It is a short walk to the ballpark & right next to the Arch. The valet service was excellent. We had a wonderful time & will stay here again!
