Located within a short distance from both vibrant East Hampton and the quaint Amagansett village, our home offers an open plan living area, modern finishes in the kitchen and baths, along with stylish decor. The setting is very private, featuring outdoor lighting by the heated pool, making it a perfect place to enjoy the Summer days.
The house is situated on a peaceful cul-de-sac with sun-filled rooms and beautiful views of the nature preserve. Additionally, the guest section is separate from the rest of the bedrooms, with doors opening to a private patio and a view of the pool.
Please note that the cleaning service fee is not included in the utility costs, and the property has a maximum occupancy of eight people. Regretfully no pets are allowed.

Summary: We had a great week at Caro and Chris' house. The house and yard are as beautiful as their pictures show. The location is within walking distance of the bay beaches and a short drive to the ocean. It's also very close to Amagansett. Also, Caro was extremely responsive with any questions we had. We were very comfortable with our stay there and hope to book again!
