Positive: The breakfast was provided in the room and was excellent quality and a good range of products. Monica the host was extremely welcoming and helpful and did everything to make our stay perfect. the room is in a beautiful location just outside the town . The pool area is superbly quiet and peaceful .
Summary: This is an excellent place to stay , i would not hesitate to return.

Positive: Monica was so helpful during our stay. We enjoyed the room and the garden along with the pool. Every day we had everything we needed to make breakfast on the terrace. There are only 2 rooms so it feels like you have everything to yourself. We will definitely be back

Positive: It was just perfect. Monica is just the most welcoming and helpful person. Nice little walk into town (up hill!) but still perfect location to enjoy the town to its fullest. Plus the pool and house / cabin is awesome.

Positive: The location was absolutely perfect, nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside at the foot of the beautiful town of Montepulciano. The little touches like Monica’s freshly baked bread, local honey, coffee, yogurts and yummy biscuits, all included. The little veranda to sit and watch the beautiful butterflies and the wonderful sound of the frogs crocking. The gorgeous pool to laze and read, or play table tennis. II Vecchio Milipano is the most wonderful place and Monica is the one of nicest, kindest people my husband and I have met. Just book, you won’t regret it.

Positive: Let's start with Monica, our host, who welcomed us with freshly baked bread and a hamper of goodies that we couldn't get through in our 4 day stay. She was genuinely concerned in our enjoyment of the lodgings and shared great tips on things to do in the area and places to eat and drink. We stayed in the chalet and it was wonderful. Rural, quiet and private we felt we had the whole property to ourselves, and still a short drive and energetic walk to Montepulciano. The chalet was very comfortable, fantastic bed, great shower and a kitchen with every gadget you require for cooking, dining, drinking, etc. Great garden with plenty of seating options to enjoy lazy days and evening appertifs in greenery. We didn't get to use the pool as stormy weather leading up to our stay delayed the opening.
Negative: Our stay was too short.

Positive: We booked the chalet and were just absolutely impressed. Monica is the perfect host and always made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The chalet and the garden around it are super nice, very clean and equipped with everything you need. Monica is truly a host with all her heart. We can definitely recommend the accommodation.
