We are excited to list our new Rotorua property. This complete unit is very Central and close by to all shops and restaurants. It has just gone under a slight renovation, which means the unit has been fitted with new carpet, kitchen tiling and brand new furnishings!
Great location and a quiet neighbourhood makes for the perfect place to stay in Rotorua. A really well presented house with ample space for two couples or a couple with children.
The house is fitted with Queen beds in each bedroom and there are 2 full bathrooms.
Includes Wifi / Freeview TV
All bedding / towels provided. All kitchen facilities.

Summary: Great location. Quiet property. Property well laid out. Check in process went smoothly. A couple of things to note. Bathrooms need a deep clean. Showers had mould in them . Bathroom floors weren't clean . Property missing a few basics.. Face cloths. Mirrors.(large). Towels need replacing. Overall we had a good stay but property needs some attention to bring up to renting standards.

Summary: Excellent location of this property especially to the main city. Easy walking distance. The property has everything you need in it my only suggestion would be more mirrors located close to electrical outlets. Overall the property was clean and tidy. Shame about the full rubbish bins outside one of the bedrooms.

Summary: The location is good. The accommodation were fairly basic missing welcoming and homey touches. Contacted owner about burned out lightbulbs (4) and dirty/sticky countertops and tables upon arrival. Clean accommodations are a top consideration for most when booking.
