This very new furnished (June 2012) to benefits "comfort / quality" qualified serious consists of: (i) a night area with separate children's bunk beds 90x200 cm (BULTEX mattresses) and a large cupboard ; (Ii) a bathroom with toilet and shower 80x120 with a low granite catcher for comfort; (Iii) a fitted integrated kitchen opening onto (iv) a living / dining room with a sofa (double bed 140x190 cm). The fitted bay window of his electric shutter ensures continuity between this living room and garden. Between sea and sky, the infinity pool of 60m2, its SPA and its beaches (regulated access) are shared in the quiet with the owners (no other tenant).

Summary: If you are looking for the perfect location , accommodation and helpful property manager look no further. Max & Monique have created a wonderful holiday apartment in the perfect quiet and picturesque setting. All facilities in the apartment are first class. The garden , outside dining and barbecue area are private and quiet with a large infinity pool that has beautiful views over the sea just steps away. Max and Monique are so helpful and kind- we cannot recommend this property enough. Best wishes Nige and Mark

Summary: Max is a very kind host with lots of advices for the area. We stayed one week with two Kids and even If the weather was a mix of everything we had a great time. Even If you stay in the same House the appartment and its terrace is well separated. Georgeous View and Pool makes it a very good choice.

Summary: I have been working in the Cote Bleue area for around 1 year and spent the '13/'14 winter and spring months at this wonderful place. The pictures already indicate how lovely the area is but they do not express how nice the landlord and his family are. They gave plenty of recommendations (from hiking to where to buy my oysters or how to climb the mt. st. victoire) and all of them turned out to be the perfect insider advice. I truly appreciated the landlord's hospitality and can absolutely recommend to spend time at this place: if for a weekend or for a couple of months, you will not regret it. The appliances of the apartment are absolutely stunning and well maintained. I doubt you will find this set up anywhere else in France ;-). In particular, I loved the outdoor "Weber" BBQ to grill my fresh tuna steakes and the large terrace. The only "negative" point I'd mention is that the sea view from the apartment was rather limited due to a wall at the end of the terrace. Anyhow, the wall will have "disappeared" by now as some wonderful citron and olive treas have been planted in front of it. No big deal! Again, I truly recommend to stay at this place! If I ever get to go back to Cote Bleue, I will definitely check in again. C.
