Summary: The beds are comfortable. The hotel allows dogs and they barked the entire night next door along with next door having a party coming and going all night door slamming. The shower was dirty with yellow stains. The “view” wasn’t good. The location is not on the riverwalk. The parking is horrible unless you utilize valet. I paid for the self parking and no available customer service to dispute the time paid but not used. Room service took 1 hr.

Summary: We actually had a coupe of issues the first night, but the way it was handled impressed me. Immediately moved to a nicer room with a restaurant credit, and apologies. The pool was great during the week, a little crowded on the weekend. Fantastic food and service in the restaurant. We will return.

Summary: I noticed that my bathroom door didn't stay shut during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, I realized that my bags weren't brought to my room, which added to the challenges I faced. It made me reflect on my previous experience at the Intercontinental hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana, where everything was more seamless. I hope these aspects can be improved for future guests.

Summary: The staff was helpful and friendly. The room as chic and felt very upscale. Bedding and linens were clean. Room had the necessary items such as robes, slippers, iron and ironing board readily available.

Summary: We have stayed at a couple of Intercontinental hotels in the past and had a better experience. Bathroom was not clean, tub was dirty, sheets had hair under it and room was mask with air freshener that bothered me for the entire time we were there. Valet was expensive for a hotel that’s surrounded in not the best area if downtown. Room service closes early which was the last straw. Weekend and it closes before 11pm

Summary: The room was great. A little warm at night. The pool was not impressive. There was towels, empty beer buckets, and empty glasses. The bar at the pool was not attentive.
