Positive: Great location, beachfront access, and very large pool, the size of a typical HS pool with lap lanes marked on the floor which I used nearly every day for exercise. The room was perfect for our needs and kept up nicely with some minor wear showing on the last remodel.
Negative: Itโ€™s an older buildingโ€ฆ The north face of the exterior was undergoing necessary maintenance and repairs which closed a large section of the patio and the hot tub area. Minor inconvenience and the crew wasnโ€™t too loud or jarring during the day and never worked in the evenings.
Summary: Overall great value for a convenient and spacious beachfront property.

Positive: The view and the location were great. There are lots of great, reasonably priced restaurants in walking distance. The area was safe, and the people were friendly.
Negative: The hot water only lasted about 2 minutes, and the complex needed better signage.

Positive: Great location, nearby shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony is nice. The beach is right behind the property and the pool is a great size.
Negative: Had a small misunderstanding with the parking spot. Got a sticker on the window stating I was parked in the wrong spot but I reached out to the owner and he was very responsive and resolved the issue.
