Positive: The property was very well kept and stunning views. Everyday the owners were working on making it better like putting lights up and making the garden nice. The tent was a bit small which wasn’t an issue at all but since we were staying there for a little bit we decided to upgrade to the family rooms which were super nice, and the owners were very helpful and accommodating with the upgrade. The location is a little distance to the town however it was perfect if you want to be surrounded by the beautiful nature and stunning views but still be in reachable distance to the town. It was around a 45 minute walk to the town but an absolutely stunning walk which we were more than happy to do. The owner even offered us a lift when he was heading in to town, which was so kind. There is also a restaurant there which was great as it meant we didn’t need to go into town everyday, we had dinner there everyday. The wife cooked the meals, they were were hands down the best meals we have had.

Negative: Everything was amazing! However the pool could use a clean/maintenance as the views from that pool are amazing.

Summary: Amazing stay and even better views. The owners/staff were SO friendly (the best part of our stay)

Positive: Absolutely stunning. It is located in a beautiful spot in the middle of massive palm tree farms, with great views of the surrounding forests and hills. The staff was wonderful, very kind and super welcoming. They offered to pick us up in the village and allowed us to check out in the late afternoon. The hut in which we slept was newly renovated, clean, large and fully equipped. It's really a great spot to relax in nature. Also going for a walk or a bike tour in the surroundings is highly recommended.

Negative: While for us it was totally fine getting there on a scooter, it's a bit too far from the village for a quick walk to get there and back and the street is not paved all the way.

Positive: very quiet location. large room.

Negative: The room is located very far out of town. Looks like it was a great place at one time but is now run down. We had slugs crawling out of the drain pipes in the bathroom at night. Had a 45 min walk back to town to get something to eat. It is very remote.

Summary: we would look for a place closer to town on our next trip.

Positive: I booked a room in this place on the same day that I was supposed to stay there. Actually, I booked the room about an hour before arriving to the reception. Unfortunately, due to a computer error, most likely on the part of booking.com, I booked a room that didn't exist. The lady at the front desk was somewhat confused with the whole situation. She said that she could see my booking, but they have no rooms available. I was able to call the international support number of booking.com. I think it was through my Skype credit. They answered reasonably quickly and were reasonably helpful. They apologized and said they were going to upgrade me to a much more expensive room in the same area. Unfortunately, the much more expensive room was in a very remote location where it was necessary to be ferried back and forth by the owner in their truck on a very bumpy dirt road. The owner was not in the best of moods, especially compared to most owners on the island, which were super friendly. The room was not that much of a positive experience. I'm talking about the alternative room that I was given instead of the room in Evergreen. Basically, I have nothing to say about Evergreen. The lady in the front desk was perfectly fine. This is more about me sharing my experience about getting double booked by booking.com and then receiving a more expensive place, which was actually not very enjoyable, unfortunately. I enjoyed other things, primarily meeting nice, friendly young people when going for a hike inside the National Park of Khao Sok.
