Positive: Great location near to the national park entrance. Very polite, smiling and help staff. Well maintained garden and plants. Well organized activity bookings.

Negative: Improvement suggestions: 1/ remove disgarded items (ie broken chair near pool, A/C brackets, building rubble under house) 2/ loud music in restaurant area - some guests just want to enjoy rainforest sounds 3/ food - Thai food too much sugar and not spicy enough 4/ swimming pool - broken drainage grills around pool edge are dangerous. Also needs pool steps for safety. Poolside chairs looking old and faded. Pool area itself is very pleasant but could easily be 5 stars 5/ riverside house - non slip flooring would be better inside and on balcony otherwise OK 6/ general condition - lovely resort but looking old and needs refurbishment - eg get rid of unused features such as water slide. Paint and decorate the place 7/ morning cleaning should include pool area (beer cans, bottles, cigarette ends etc around the pool). Hope that helps and easy enough to fix.

Positive: - the location - rooms are clean - availability of the staff and they are so lovely - easy to book tours and taxi/vans

Negative: - Pillows are too big and hard for small heads - The Fridge is noisy at night

Positive: Great location and friendly staff. Loved the surroundings. It was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was good.

Negative: Before our stay I read some bad reviews and didn't have high expectations. However, I found that the stay was better than I expected. Yes, the facilities and rooms are kind of dated. However they are updating it and everything was very clean. My one complaint would be the water pressure in the shower. Other than that I have nothing to complain about. I would stay here again.

Negative: Smelt damp, breakfast was limited, lack of signage to rooms (large site with lots of hills!). Have to bolt your rooms due to monkeys. Bathroom is a wet room style.

Positive: Very close to the park. Very nice swimming pool , very comfortable after a day in the jungle. Very clean rooms. A d helpful desk to organize the tours
