Positive: It’s all brand new, the houses all have AC and are spacious for 2 people. Staff is also super friendly and will do anything to make sure your needs are met. There also a small swimming pool which the kids really enjoyed.
Negative: 2 things the property can improve on: 1. Provide daily housekeeping (change of towels is enough, but pls do so) and 2. Given the climate (hot and humid), make sure you can keep the AC running when you’re not in the room. Currently the AC only works with the room key. They have such a nice property, would be a shame to have it deteriorate quickly if things become mouldy if the AC is not running all the time in this climate. It will also consume less energy if you can keep it running at a steady temperature rather than switching it on and off.
Summary: Super nice tiny houses to stay in, all brand new!

Positive: Small hotel, really comfortable bungalows that had everything we needed and were very clean. The staff were really helpful and friendly made us feel welcome and helped us arrange activities and meals out.
Summary: Lots of fun, comfortable stay just outside the main village, an easy walk to restaurants and bars.

Positive: The warm welcome and smile of the owners/staff, always there to help you or just to say hi! Accomodation is brand new, only a couple of months old. Really comfortable for my family with 2 kids of 4y and 6y old. Location is perfect, in the middle of the main street close to the restaurants and bars!
Negative: Breakfast was not possible at the accommodation, but you can always get some bananas, other fruits or cookies and mineral water at the reception. In the main street you have plenty of choice in finding a place to have breakfast

Positive: The cabins are new and everything is clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are lovely. The location was great, on the street where there are good eating options and nearby to the entrance of the national park where you can go for walks.
Negative: The price is good but you do need to take into account you will need to buy breakfast. (The next door smoothies and fruit/muesli bowls are a great option). You may not be told but they do have water and coffe/tea available for you to help yourself at the entrance to the accommodation. They didn't offer to clean the room/empty bins during our stay but were happy to do so when we asked. This is something I hope they will change as they get used to having more guests. I recommend others stay here even with these comments.

Positive: It is a brand new location with super friendly staff. I guess Daughter and Mother. The bungalows are clean, comfortable and it is very close to the village centre. Swimming pool clean and great to take a dip after a tour They arranged a tubing tour was great and airport pickup with a great minivan (cheaper as the standard)
Negative: As mentioned in other reviews. It is new. So the garden need some time to grow. But that’s not a real issue.

Positive: The staff at this nice hotel was very, very friendly! They helped us with everything like organizing tours or getting an early check-in. The rooms were big enough and very clean. We had a comfortable bed and slept well. The area around the hotel is clean and quiet too. There is also a pool to swim. They offer some cookies, fruits and coffee for free at the lobby. The hotel is located in the middle of the Little Khao Sok village, which makes it easy to reach the restaurants and shops by walking.
