Spacious, stylish, and packed with comfort—your perfect NE Tallahassee escape! This 2,000 sq. ft. home features 5 comfy beds, a queen pull-out sofa, and Smart TVs in every room. The fully stocked open kitchen makes dining a breeze, while the fenced yard, deck, and fire pit create the perfect outdoor hangout (pets welcome!). Located in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from top shopping and dining, plus a 2-car garage with remote for easy indoor parking.
I will only "check in" a couple times during your stay, as I like to give guests their space. However, we always answer promptly should you have any questions or any issues should arise.

The neighborhood is charming, peaceful, and friendly. You’ll often see neighbors out jogging, walking their dogs, or enjoying a stroll with their families. We kindly ask that guests respect the serene atmosphere of the community. This home is best suited for relaxing stays rather than large, lively or noisy gatherings. To maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, we use noise monitors that alert us if sound levels become too high. If needed, we’ll kindly request adjustments to ensure the tranquility of the space.
We provide access through a digital lock and code. You will receive check in instructions with the code prior to your arrival. This code will not work until the time of your reservation, however.
This is Definitely a Home away from Home. Very comfortable with all the amenities you will need. Highest speed WiFi, blankets, smart Tv's, indoor laundry, plethora of appliances and cookware. An outdoor area for sitting with a fenced in yard for your pet

Local residents (Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Gadsden counties), must disclose so before booking and send a request. We are dog friendly for well behaved house trained dogs. Limit of 3 dogs, We charge a fee of $65 per dog per reservation/stay. Note that the garage door has sensors, which means if you close garage door at the pad and then attempt to exit before it closes, you must step over the laser to avoid reversing the door direction. This is a safety feature that prevents the door from closing on someone or something. Our cleaners obtain digital proof after cleaning and prior to each guests' arrival assuring that everything is clean and in place for a wonderful stay. We use luxury down bedding in all our properties for superior comfort. We do not offer alternative bedding for those that may be allergic. Summary: Nice property tucked back in a subdivision. Has plenty of rooms, beds, and TVs. Less than 5 miles from restaurants and is in a very quiet neighborhood. This house was very clean and has everything a kitchen needs. To also has a deck and fireplace in the back. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tallahassee.

Summary: What a gem this home is!! Everything about it is absolutely perfect! Although we were just a small group of friends getting together to relax, unwind, and have a good time before our hectic Christmas holiday activities amped up, this house would also be great for a family. We couldn’t get over how perfect the floor plan is. The primary suite has a living area and dining area just outside it, and the other three bedrooms (which also have their own living area) are on the opposite side of the house, down a hall with a nice size shared bathroom. The gorgeous kitchen is what separates the two areas. We thought it would’ve been perfect for adults to have the primary side and kids have the other. But we still very much enjoyed the house without children in tow!! Rorry was a perfect hostess, very sweet and accommodating. She checked in with me a couple times but wasn’t overbearing at all. My friends and I have already talked about booking this house again for our next get away! Thank you, Rory, for sharing your beautiful home with us!
