Positive: It was a wonderful experience. Very tranquil. Love the location, the onsen, and the clean room, and the traditional Japanese experience.

Negative: Seating is not too comfortable but maybe we just aren't use to the low chairs

Positive: clean comfortable hotel well located to the snow monkeys, nice outdoor onsen

Negative: Just a warning it is a long walk (but lovely walk!) to nearest food at Shibu Onsen, though Enza cafe nearby for lunch. BYO breakfast (but bowls etc provided) We wished they could have lit the fire in the loungeroom but seemed unwilling.

Positive: This place is as close to the snow monkey park as it can get! It was a very nice stay, rooms are traditional but very comfortable. The onsen was amazing and not full of people!
