Summary: The food was all fresh, both breakfasts and dinner. I felt very safe in the hotel and town. The staff was amazing and very accomodating. Alish, Rose and everyone else was great.

Summary: Basic hotel with a clean room and a good breakfast. We had a premium room and that was spacy, some other rooms looked fairly small. For the price we paid a good stay.

Summary: I stayed here in December for a week and a half while in town on business. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean (and warm!) - the restaurant served breakfast and dinner, which was so convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating. A great stay. I'll be returning to Kyle in January for another week or two, with every intention of staying there again.

Summary: I stay in hotels 3, 4 nights a week and found the bed to be extremely hard and the pillows were flat. The tv reception was not all that great and non existent in the morning to catch up on news Food was ok for what I'd ordered The main issue was the noise up til midnight or so. I called the after hours number and the bloke said that it was work on the railway and has been going on a few nights - this should've been communicated upon booking in

Summary: Room was warm on arrival. Nice. Though hotel.com said pay at property and they tried to take money but there wasno money in that particular travel account as I thought I was paying on arrival. Excellent breakfast. Food hot. Staff friendly. Bar evening food not great! Ok though
