Positive: The property was very clean and stocked with essential supplies. The property is right in the heart of Sirmione so everything is on your doorstep. I cannot recommend this property enough and I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you so much host Oscar for making my stay excellent.

Positive: The location could not have been better. It was spacious and comfortable. While we never actually met the host, he was very quick to respond to any questions.
Negative: The stairs are tricky for people with mobility issues. The noise from the fan from the restaurant next door impacted on the use of the outdoor space.

Positive: Due to good reviews, we expected the apartment to be good, but it was even better than we expected. First, the rather long transfer from the parking area was very convenient with a golf car which the host arranged for us, definitely worth the 15 euro/night parking charge. The apartment was nice with a separate bedroom and a large living room with a window to the street. There was everything we needed, a baby cot and baby chair, a Nespresso machine with coffee capsules, and a dishwasher. For longer stays the washing machine would have been useful, too. There was also a terrace accessible from the bedroom which we liked very much. What was even better was the location. The apartment is just about in the middle of the town so you can reach anywhere in just a few minutes. There are many restaurants, some just 5 meters from the door. Some 100 meters away is a nice park with a children's playground. And the walk to the nearest beach is just a few hundred meters. But certainly the best thing in this apartment is the host Oscar, who is very helpful and nice. He sent us very good instructions beforehand, arranged the parking only available to hotel guests, and went the extra mile to help us fix the problem we had with our rental car. Thank you, Oscar! It is good to understand that the old town has only one or two small grocery stores, which have very limited selection and high prices. We understood this thanks to Oscar's information and first went to CC Maxigross to shop for the groceries before driving to the parking area. This way we got all the groceries and water transported directly to the apartment in a golf car.

Positive: - excellent exchange with host (provided all needed information regarding arrival, departure, parking options, restaurant recommendations, etc.; very good response times; also checking if all was going well during the stay) - location, equipment, cleanliness of apartment including various nice little extras (a bit of water, milk, breakfast essentials and an 'emergency' pack of noodles with sauce
Negative: - a bit of constant background noise from the neighboring restaurant's kitchen aircon from 0830h till 2200h when you're on the terrace or in sleeping room with open windows - but the 10/10 rating still stands ;-)
