Summary: Friendly welcoming staff. Very clean properties spacious rooms, and wonderful housekeeping staff. A lovely bar with delicious drinks. We did not have any food, but the bartenders were very friendly and the drinks were delicious. Very quiet, well maintain property. We would absolutely recommend it would stay here again.

Summary: Facility was very nice but is in some renovations. What they have renovated thus far is very nice! We met their owner in a restaurant and he is very knowledgeable about the hotel industry and is implementing some wonderful changes and improvements. Our room was very clean and service was excellent. My only Improvement I would say is the workout room as the few workout machines that they have are very antiquated and even if the facility is keeping the workout room small, they should be more updated. Otherwise our stay was wonderful! Would recommend the facility for sure!

Summary: The only complaint is the pricey restaurant. For $15 I got a dessert plate of Caesar salad. LITERALLY! I could not believe it when they set the salad in front of me. It was a SIDE salad. ONE LAYER of lettuce on a dessert plate. Crazy….

Summary: I was put in the lower level king bed room. Smelled musty and damp, no much luxury outside of the bed linens and pillows. No room service, no hotel info books on the rooms, there is an order and pick up on the main floor but I had to google the hotel to find this out. There was a common area at check in lobby for free coffee and candy/snacks. Not sure what the $50 credit card payment would’ve covered since there wasn’t anything g to break in the room, bare minimum. Even the pump dispenser on the reused soap and shampoo bottles didn’t work. I did have my own supplies, and I also had my own mini Keurig since I am finding more and more places have one central location to get coffee. I used to live in Ithaca and remember La Tourelle was the place to go, even the now closed restaurant was a high end, difficult to get reservation place. It was evident there may be financial troubles based on the over all condition of the place and lack of staff/ resources. I won’t stay there again. It is sad state of affairs

Summary: Checked into the hotel at 11pm on a Friday and the front desk staff were still very welcoming and quickly got us into our room. Very spacious room with great amenities all around. Found some hair on the bathroom floor, but besides that the room was spotless. Parking was free and ample. I always choose this hotel when booking an Ithaca trip. With the location being tucked away from the downtown area you really feel at peace.
