5 Bedroom House in Seneca

Absolutely stunning modern style five bedroom, four bath home. Sitting down a private tree lined drive on nearly one acre of land. The lot is nearly level and features over 200 feet of water frontage and a covered two story boat dock. Located in the perfect spot on the lake. There is a beach for sunning and swimming in front of the house. We provide a kayak and a rowboat and paddleboard for your enjoyment. There is always water here. Located on a big basin, with natural area across the lake. Perfect for tubing and skiing right in front of the house, but off the main lake enough to avoid tons of boat traffic. There are three king size beds, one queen size bed, two sets of bunk beds in the children's room and also a two sets of reclining sofas. There is a screened porch for alfresco dining as well as an open deck along the back of the home where you can barbecue and watch the fun happening in the lake. There are two master suites, one upstairs and one down stairs. There is also a second mini kitchen downstairs with a refrigerator and a microwave. There are two complete living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. They both have fireplaces and spectacular views of the lake. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of high quality items. There is enough in the kitchen to cook a holiday meal and have everything you need. There is a custom farmhouse table which seats at least 10. In the downstairs family room, there is a Playstation for the kids and lots of video games, as well as board games, dvds and books in case you have a rainy day. The home is stocked as though we live there, nice linens, tons of towels etc. We really have tried to think of everything you could need to make this the vacation of your dreams! Guests return year after year. 60 inch TV in the upstairs family room and reclining leather sofas also new 2 new TV's in guest bedrooms. We rent from Saturday to Saturday in the summer. Shorter term rentals will be accepted but not until it gets closer to the summer. We love the area so much that we bought another house. It is on the same lake -on the GA side, just off I 85, almost the same house! - Check out vrbo 1280172 if this home is booked.

Summary: My family thoroughly enjoyed this property. No stone was left unturned down to board games that we enjoyed l! We even enjoyed a fire with s’mores. It was a great weekend for my daughter’s ring ceremony at Clemson University! My son and his buddies enjoyed the dock. We will definitely be booking here again. Thanks so much for an awesome weekend.

Summary: Very spacious and accommodating property, plenty of room to spread out and enjoy! The views of the lake from each bedroom are beautiful and not to mention the views from the living room and kitchen! The bedrooms were roomy and beds very comfortable. The screened in porch was wonderful also. We had plenty of seating for meals and visiting. We enjoyed the fire pit on the lakeshore and fishing from the dock also. Very responsive host and over all very comfortable, enjoyable, accommodating stay.

Summary: Property was absolutely great. Really enjoyed kayaks and paddle boards. Dock was excellent to use as we rented a boat for most of our stay. Everything worked. House was very clean. Kitchen had all we needed. 2 refrigerators was a plus. A great home!

Summary: Beautiful home with an open layout. 2 family rooms were a plus. We loved the table for 10 in the kitchen, lots of supplies for cooking, and new gas grill on deck. Views views views from every room in house. Plenty of bathrooms and 2 master bedrooms were very nice. Even though it was cold in the morning and in the evening, we enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the sunset. Wonderful home.

Summary: This was our second stay at this house and it was perfect again. You can’t go wrong when you have a large group and come with multiple boats. It’s an ideal set up and the house is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We plan to return again next year!
