This cottage has been totally updated. It has a stone fireplace, 55" TV, WiFi, granite counters, Stainless appliances, washer/dryer, Microwave, coffee pot, dishes, pots and pans. Two large bedrooms with queen mattresses, and a sleeper sofa. 1.5 updated bathrooms. Large backyard with gas grill and table and chairs. New landscaping in front. The view is fantastic with sunrises to write home about. Our quiet community is sure to impress!

Summary: The house is so cute and has great access to the beach and little park area. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a great family environment! Joy supplied a bunch of amenities that helped with not having to pack as much. She was also very attentive and helpful during our stay for local events. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We loved everything about our stay. The house had a great layout and was very comfortable. Being so close to the beach was the best and seeing the lake from the living room and front porch was wonderful. Joy and Julia were great!! Can’t wait to return.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at Joy and Julia’s beach house for a long weekend. We found it clean, well supplied, and cozy. I loved watching the freighters on the lake. It was quite windy and the lake had the biggest waves that I had ever seen. The day after I was able to walk the beach and found lake glass and petoskey stones. We had a relaxing time.
