Summary: The condo was clean with a large screened in balcony. The view was of the lake and multiple water fowl to watch.There is a great walking trail around the lake also.Pool was clean and enjoyable, also 2 pickle ball courts. There was everything you needed in condo for a great stay. The grounds were well kept

Summary: Our overall stay at this location was awesome. The owners communicated all instructions and provided very useful information about the surrounding are for food, shopping, and seeing some sights. Although our trip was very short (2 days) we enjoyed the unit. It was as described, very clean, and everything you could want or need during your stay was provided.The hosts were great and we will definitely stay here again when in the Phoenix area.

Summary: This property was as listed and actually better than I imagined. It was beautifully furnished, with a kitchen made ready for making meals and comfortable beds. I appreciated the spices and condiments! We all loved the gated path around the lake. My teenage daughter felt safe running the path at night. I only took off one star for the neighborhood because, although it is super convenient at a central location, with many shops and restaurants, there were several homeless people down the street at the intersection of Peoria and 28th. Regardless, we would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable and convenient stay. The manager was very responsive and we would not hesitate to stay again.
