Summary: Owner is great- the furnishings are old- there is carpet in all common area and bedrooms. No air conditioning furniture was dusty there was cobwebs in the bathroom hanging from the ceiling - the outside of the house is beautifully kept and maintained. Unfortunately we did not her to use the outside as we were there for parent weekend at Syracuse and spent most of our time there!

Summary: Check in was great. The property was great. The view and location was great. We watched lots of sailboats and geese in the water. There was a huge hot tub for us to enjoy. We BBQ'd on the grill and had plenty of dining seating indoors and out. Also a nice propane fire pit to sit by sipping on our wine the host left for us. There was not a pool like the listing said but we didn't mind. Overall great stay and would stay there again. on our wine

Summary: Everything went great and the house was well kept and very clean. Nice view of the lake out the window too and a great hot tub!! Property owner was very communicative and was very helpful!

Summary: This is a great home for families and friends to visit Lake Oneida. Everything is clean and it is a cozy please to make meals and have some downtime!

Summary: The owner was a pleasure to work with. He made special accommodations to meet my families needs without hesitation. The home was immaculate and the neighbors very pleasant. Luxury style living with lake access. There was also a playground and beach minutes from the house my family loved. Great stay!

Summary: It is the second time that we have stayed in this house and for us it has been the perfect place to relax and enjoy with the family, it has been like being in your own home, Terry is a mega host, attentive to the smallest detail before, during and after our stay.
