Recently renovated with luxury vinyl wood flooring, new furnishings in the living room, and many more additions, this modern and comfortable vacation home with a very large open floor plan is ideal for entertaining. You'll especially enjoy the swimming pool with large terrace, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, and separate game room. Harbour Happiness is a quiet vacation home in the center of Bradenton's attractions with ocean beaches along the Florida Gulf Coast. The Sabal Harbour community is surrounded by three popular golf courses, Tara, River Strand, and Stoneybrook. Pool heating is available for an additional fee.
This home is equipped with high-speed internet and four TVs. The main lounge has a 42-inch TV, the master bedroom has a 33-inch TV and two of the other three bedrooms also have 33-inch TVs. The master bedroom includes a large en-suite and robe area; a front bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other two bedrooms have twin beds in each. The large, screened pool area overlooks a lake and preserved woodland and is further complemented by extensive sun terracing and patio furniture. The south-facing pool area has a removable child safety barrier ensuring complete safety for toddlers. A full-size second refrigerator in the garage allows for keeping extra food and beverages cold.

Summary: We had a great vacation in this house. Pool was clean and very enjoyable. We used the kitchen and laundry often. Plenty of towels. Location was excellent. Quiet neighborhood. A new nest thermostat had been installed and we were unhappy with the temperature in the house often. Came home from the beach one day and house was set at 75, but real temp was 84. Once in the middle of the night the temp would rise and have to be reset. It was very uncomfortable at times. All that said, we would still return and rent this property again!

Summary: Overall very good, but the following may be of use for future guests: ~ toilet in master suite took a long time to flush ~ TV remotes need new batteries ~ no ice cubes in fridge ~ more trash bags needed ~ seats on outdoor dining chairs ripped ~ no place mats and only 2 coasters found ~ despite a visit from Pest Control on April 5th, more live cockroaches were found (not pleasant and very unwelcome!) Nevertheless, a very spacious and comfortable property and would recommend highly. Very good location too.

Summary: We had an issue checking in...the keypad for the door code was dead and we had to call the management company to get in and the pool filter shut down the system because it was dirty. Other than that we had a great time and everyone slept well. Our kids really enjoyed the pool table. The floor tile grout is stained and the baseboards could be deep cleaned to get 5 stars for cleanliness.

Summary: Lot of room. Pool nice. Pool table a big hit. Kitchen well equipped. I would stay in this unit again. Only problem: parking for 2 vehicles only.

Summary: Pros: The house was well furnished with linens towels and enough kitchen utensils and cookware for the number of people in our party. The pool was clean and well maintained and the was a grill with full propane tank which was very convenient. Cons: There are no extra towels for the pool but there is a Walmart and cvs close to get anything you would need. The floors were very dirty without a mop or swifter pads so plan for that if you have infants crawling on the floor. There was garbage left in the cans that smelled up the garage pretty bad. The garage has a fridge and AC unit in the front so a full size vehicle doesn’t fit. The AC does have a hard time keeping it below 76 if the temps are above 90 degrees. It was a great trip and we enjoyed the stay. Would definitely use this again if we are back in the area.

Summary: Just what we were looking for.. our family enjoys using VRBO properties. This was our first trip to Florida. We visited family and friends while there. We were able to check out many of the local attractions whether beaches or places like Busch gardens, zoos and aquariums. This house has an excellent location. It’s a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The open Living plan of the house combined with the separated bedrooms plus the pool made an ideal place for us to relax after our daily adventures. One deficiency was the pots pans cooking utensils and towels. I would definitely rent this exact place again.
