Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, laundry, parking, and balconies. In regard to the lower deck, while enjoyment of the deck will be solely for you and your guests, individuals may briefly pass through to access the boat dock and their boat - they will never have access to the home itself, nor will they be able to hang out on the deck. Access to and from the boat dock would be no more than a few minutes and occurs very rarely.

**The pool is scheduled to be serviced on Fridays.

**We require a separate Rental Agreement and Virtual Check-in forms to be e-signed and completed after your booking.!
**Please review the house rules located in the rental agreement prior to booking.
**Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be issued minus the Stripe processing fee.
**Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $100 to have two extra cleaners assist with servicing the property. Check-in's before 1pm would require booking the previous night at a much-discounted rate. Contact host for details.
**Pack-n-play/highchairs must be reserved.
**Exterior cameras present for verification of guest occupancy and to prevent illegal events/parties.
**Our space is not handicapped accessible or ADA compliant

Summary: We had an amazing experience staying at the NOLA property on the lake. The home was incredible. The master bedroom had a gorgeous view of the marina with a small deck where we enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning. The front balcony deck had views of the lake with a lot of seating, and in the evening we enjoyed the sunset. There were multiple entertaining areas that we were pleasantly surprised with. This place had 3 refrigerators (kitchen, bar, and downstairs on the deck). I would definitely book here again if we were vacationing here with our family again.The communication with the property manager of this home was SUPERIOR!!!Added bonus: There are wonderful restaurants close by and the two that we went to were fabulous. Well, All the food in Orleans seems to be fabulous. we ate at Station 6 and New Orleans Food & Spirit (Pecan catfish was sooo good)

Summary: We had a fabulous stay. The place was comfortable, immaculate and the view was 10/10. We enjoyed sitting in the pool on the deck and watching the sunset. All of the furniture and beds were comfortable and the location was unbeatable. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Great property on the harbor with the front overlooking lake Ponchatrain. Really close to town with dining right in the neighborhood. Property manager Trip with NOLA was great.

Summary: We had a great, but short stay. We had some A/C issues but management sent a repair person out promptly. Online check-in process a bit complicated but I understand wanting to secure identity etc.

Summary: We were attending a regatta for the weekend so it was a convenient location. Pricey though after all of the add on fees, taxes etc. Check in time was 1hr later than posted which turned into another hour getting credentials. We were on a tight schedule. Nice place but VRbo fees are getting excessive in my opinion.
