Summary: The property was excellent. Roomy, comfortable accommodations with a great view of the park. Great location with a surrounding neighborhood that is fun to explore and has a lot to offer. More than enough parking nearby. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Most important, Ryan was an incredible host--communicative, caring and included little touches that added to the whole experience.

Summary: This was an adult family trip to run a nearby half marathon. The location was perfect, far enough from downtown but only a short uber trip to Bourbon Street. Parking was ample, the kitchen came stocked with some basics and the location, across the street from the park (where there is a Cafe Du Mond), was perfect.

Summary: We wanted to be located across from City Park during a parade weekend so we could walk over and get the kids beignets/playtime and have some distance from the parade route (but still an easy drive!). The house is very clean and comfortable, nice linens & bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen with great coffee & local snacks, and excellent communication with hosts. They even brought us a non-essential item that we’d inquired about for the duration of our stay. Recommendations were excellent, location perfect, adorable and private backyard patio.

Summary: My bridesmaids and I stayed at this Vrbo and got ready for my wedding here and we couldn’t have found a more perfect spot! It’s even nicer than the pictures and is in the perfect location right across from City Park. The apartment is spacious and beautiful; everyone commented on how good of a find it was. The host was incredibly kind, communicative, and helpful! Would highly recommend this spot and definitely would return!
