Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited Pasadena to see the Rose Parade. The house location is excellent; it is close to Trader Joe's, CVS, and many other stores. We might have had a little issue with the laundry machine, but it was attentively fixed even during the holiday season; it was just fantastic service. Thank you for all the excellent hospitality and care for our comfort.

Summary: There was some construction going on next door. For the unit we stayed in, pulling out of the garage and into the alley was dangerous. Unable to see if traffic was coming in both directions.

Summary: we stayed here for 9 nights here in early October for a wedding and family visit. We loved it. Walking distance to the original Trader Joes and numerous restaurants. Old Town Pasedena is a 5 minute drive away. The rental was spotless. Loved the welcome basket. When we visit Pasadena again, would stay here in a heartbeat.
