Summary: The house was very roomy, true to the pictures and property manager was excellent and quick to respond to questions. Location was nice. Neighborhood was quiet. Had a restful time. Highly recommend.

Summary: This house has a lot of potential. It has a lot of space both inside and out, however, it was very dirty and not maintained very well. There were cob webs and dust all over, bathrooms were not cleaned well, there was a large hair ball left in the drain of one of the showers and stains on all of the bath mats and most of the carpets and rugs. We also found a lot of lights didn't work through out the house. The kitchen wasn't very clean. The back patio was dusty and covered in cob webs. The ice maker in the kitchen stopped working on our first day and the AC in the upstairs bedroom stopped working as well, although it did start working after we turned it off and let is sit for 2 days. Overall, for the price we paid, we were very disappointed with the conditions of the house. The home owner / host really needs to invest in a very deep clean of the entire property, replace old stained carpet and make sure everything is running properly.

Summary: Unique home that served as a great launching point for a weekend get together around an LSU FB game weekend. Home is in a nice location with a grocery store not even 1 block away. Easy access to university and highways. Beds were comfortable. Loved the quirky dual staircases. Had the biggest master bedroom suite I’ve seen.
