Summary: We stayed for 3 weeks in the villa. Seb and Lysiane were very helpful, great communication and friendly. The villa was perfect. Very well equipped. Pool was magnificent - great to have on a hot day. A beautiful beach is less than a 10 minute walk from the house. The area was very peaceful. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We have had a super week at this wonderful house. The beach is really near and nice and the jacuzzi in the garden was excellent. The owner and wife are very sweet and helpful. A top choice for sure!

Summary: We had a nice vacation in the beautiful home. Owners are very nice and caring. They make sure the vacation goes well in all aspects. Beach very close , only 5 minutes walk and perfect for young children. Thanks we like to come back again.

Summary: This is a large, spacious and well equipped villa. The photos do not do it justice. The bedrooms are big and there is plenty of storage space. The kitchen is compact and has everything needed The villa is set in a small residential area It is very near to a boulangerie, bar a pizzerias. The local grocery shop is currently closed but there are lots of shops in Valras Plage a very short drive away and a large hypermarket within a ten minutes druve. The ex cellent beach is 500 yards away Sebastien and his family are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble

Summary: We are so happy that we have chosen Sebastien's house for our Euro 2016 holidays. The house is nicely situated and it's within 7 minute walking distance to the beach. The house has a nice garden with spa pool and sun decks. Rooms in the house are very spacious and have a lot of light. all apliances are in good condition, everything's working perfectly! The neighborhood is also very quite which was a plus for us since we had small kids with us. Thanks Seb! We believe we might come again in future!
