Summary: This home is wonderful for right on the beach access and beautiful views. Home is old but very spacious and clean. Only problem we had was tight parking for tall vehicles. Parking available for suv and trucks but tight quarters. Plenty of covered parking room for two cars.

Summary: Had a great stay. The house was exactly what we needed. Beds not so comfy. But not horrible. Older house. The description is not clear on the fact that there is a guest room attached to the carport. I did not expect the people that showed up but luckily they were cool people. We got along just fine. Would stay again.

Summary: The location is outstanding. You are mere steps from having your toes in the sand. This home is quiet and away from the major hotels and condos. The home was built in the 80s and is showing its age. The kitchen has been updated but it doesn’t appear that anything else has been touched. The bedrooms are small, no closets or drawers in any of them except the master. The shower water pressure is not great but manageable. Furniture is not comfortable but why are you going to the beach? It’s not to lay on the sofa all day, right? If you want to be on the water and can live with a place that isn’t luxurious then book it. We had a good time. If you’re looking for the lap of luxury, this is not your place.

Summary: This is a wonderful traditional Florida house right on the beach. It's a nice area of the beach . The local management company left a little to be desired . The house was not that clean and because of a problem with the electronic lock we were delayed entrance by about an hour.

Summary: Great location. House had everything we needed and more. Less crowded on the beach which was a plus. One room does not have a tv. You might have to share the deck with people staying in the in law house no privacy, which I was not informed of this prior to booking, people should know this. My son slipped and injured himself at the start of our vacation by the outdoor shower there is green algae on the concrete that needs to be cleaned to prevent this. The beds are very uncomfortable also so bring a mattress pad! The dryer is also located outside so you have to carry your clothes outside to dry them.

Summary: It was a nice place to stay but i wish we would have known we were gonna have to share the patio with other renters. That was a surprise! Especially since we rented the main house.
