“Sunrise Lodge” is a single level property with open plan communal areas, a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard and bench space flowing seamlessly into a good sized dining area, a big lounge with smart TV, board games and books for indoor entertainment, and especially a hockey table as a bonus.
Equipped a single garage for bike/motorbike parking, the exterior has plenty of space for parking. The property is fully fenced with tidy garden around the house. Summary: A modest home in the suburb of Rotorua. The bedroom with the 2 single beds is at the other end of the house and through the garage. Parts of the house have been renovated other parts are from the 1970s

Summary: We loved our stay at this property and would definitely go back again to stay next year. It was perfect for our family and was well set out with everything we needed. Only small improvement would be salt and pepper provided and a top up of cleaning products as there was nothing to clean with for everyday use but we got these things ( and left them at the property) but was no big drama. Great for kids and well set out for them. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Summary: Location of home is very convenient to town centre. With six family members was essential to have two bathrooms. Appliances, etc all worked well. All in all......a very good home for us. ps: Please another mirror or two in the bedrooms !!

Summary: The kitchen was nice somethings didn’t work such as the dryer. The bedrooms were decent and the lounge was nice overall it we had good stay.

Summary: Booking was straight forward and the property was comfy and homely just like advertised. Closeness to shops and attractions was awesome so we didn’t get lost. Great hosts!

Summary: Easy, handy location. Wifi and therefore Netflix does not work so the kids struggled with the rainy days. Tapware needs a clean because its a bit musty on the bathrooms and a stay longer than 2 nights would be hard without a pantry.
