Negative: Site did not mention another unit shares the back deck nor that another unit was even at the address. Master bed was very uncomfortable. Spent night trying not to slide into middle of bed,

Negative: The third bedroom looked like a converted porch. Parking was minimal. We seemed to share a driveway with the house next door. But nothing was too bad.

Negative: It was kind of small. And you really don’t have a private deck, staff was very slow at first to respond to texts from leasing people, owner Nick was very polite

Negative: Kitchen needs deep cleaning. Inside cabinets/drawers were dirty and cabinets pulls were sticky. Rugs and furniture need to be steam cleaned.

Negative: very poor outside yard. not good for pet. got poison ivy on my feet, legs after walking in the yard.

Negative: Window fixtures throughout house which we know now are being replaced soon. Set up of sofa bed room & cleaning of that room from previous pets staying there not great
