Tucked away in a serene environment close to nature, The Cozy Cottage will undoubtedly provide you with an escape from the hustle and bustle of busy, day-to-day life. This two-bedroom, newly remodeled cottage is a perfect home for those who want to be close to nature yet have the convenience of the best attractions, stores, and restaurants nearby.
The Cozy Cottage, built in 1914, was newly renovated and remodeled in 2019. It features 2 queen bedrooms, a comfortably sized living room, 1 bathroom with a full tub, and a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and granite countertops.
Upon entering, the welcoming and comfortable living room will put you right at ease and make you feel right at home. It includes a comfortable couch, coffee table, and a small dining area. Past the living room, Bedroom 1 includes a queen-sized bed with storage underneath, a large closet, and a television. Open the blinds and curtains for a view of the beautifully landscaped yard where you will often see deer, raccoons, and other wildlife. The second queen bedroom is also off the living room area. This bedroom is smaller, yet super charming, with the same bright and beautiful views of the yard. The large dresser will provide plenty of space for those who like to unpack and feel right at home. The large closet in the living room can also be used to store suitcases, shoes, camping chairs, etc. The bathroom is located across from Bedroom 1 and has tub and a shower.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you might need including brand new appliances, blender, toaster, and all the cookware and bakeware you could need. The Cuisinart Coffee Center is the best part! Start your morning off right with complimentary coffee or tea! From the kitchen, you can access the washer and dryer with complimentary laundry soap and fabric softener sheets, as well as the front patio and totally fenced-in backyard area, perfect for your furry friend!
The front porch is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. The yards surrounding the cozy cottage are beautifully landscaped and the park-like setting will provide you with the feeling of a true escape.
This home is the perfect getaway for family and friend getaways, business/conference events at The Broadmoor, and other events such as The Fallen Fireman Memorial. Summary: This is a small cottage perfect for a couple or small family. Great location for restaurants and activities. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped better than most if you want to cook meals. This property also worked well for our dogs. The hosts are very responsive. We had a wonderful stay.

Summary: This property is a great property for large and small groups. We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. Very easy to see the sites very close to us--Garden of the Gods, The Broadmore, even Manitou Springs was just a few miles away. Comfortable place with great amenities.

Summary: The cozy cottage was as described on the website. The area was quiet and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. Check in and out were a breeze. However, the cottage had a terrible odor so much that we had to leave the doors open for fresh air and lit candles during the day. The street was also very dark in the evening, so better lighting or a sign for the address would have been helpful.Would recommend to others to stay due to location and amenities, but definitely bring air fresheners.

Summary: Cozy and quiet setting. All amenities one would need and immaculate inside. Owner quick to respond when needed, Very centrally located and close to wonderful restraints and all sites. Overall, adorable setting! Could not have asked for a better place and would definately stay there again!

Summary: Property: 5 Great location, great furnishings, 2 TV's, bathroom with tub, very well appointed kitchen, OK yard, great AC, comfortable bed in Master, very good w/d. Kitchen window didn't lock, but would with some tweaking, no view to speak of, tough time pulling my pickup truck in and out of the lot, AC return directly over the head of the bed. Would stay there, again.
