7 Bedroom House in New Plymouth, Strandon

Beautiful big home, close to the beach and all the amenities that New Plymouth has to offer.
Central New Plymouth location, very private, warm and sunny, large seven bedroomed fully furnished and serviced executive residence. Excellent accommodation for large groups, but equally suitable for smaller groups due to the house layout and design.
Please note our minimum people per stay is 8. For smaller numbers we would still charge our flat rate of 8.
This is the perfect house for a large group wanting to holiday together in wonderful New Plymouth! Excellent for weddings etc where out-of-town guests and family can stay together in one beautiful location! Great sports teams (very close to local high schools) or any other event that families and friends can stay in the same place. Kitchen has two ovens, great for catering for large groups.
Two very private outdoor living areas, seven bedrooms, three bathrooms, four toilets, fully furnished and serviced.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely accommodation in New Plymouth. The house is in a prime location, close to all amenities, making it very convenient for exploring the area. It’s a great spot for families and friends—there were 7 adults, 2 kids, and a pet in our group, and the space suited us perfectly.The large living area and spacious dining space were definite highlights, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend time together. The property is also pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us.One thing to note is that the yard is not fully fenced, so if you're bringing a pet, be cautious as they may be able to get into neighbouring properties.Overall, a great stay in a well-located, comfortable home. We would happily return!

Summary: The house was in a great location. Ideal for a large group. We were a group of 4 couples and only used the ground floor. Many bedrooms upstairs as well. The owners were easy to get hold of and sorted any problems immediately

Summary: Location and size of property were great, plus our pup loved being able to run around the garden. Hosts were great with communication. It was also great to have the easy keypad entry so no one had to worry about keys!

Summary: We needed somewhere that could accommodate family of Adults and one baby on short notice for funeral. 7 rooms, 3 showers, 4 toilets (website indicated only 2 showers and 3 toilets) and lots of living spaces made this ideal. A few negatives: cost very high compared to experience in other locations, especially the per person rate which also applied to the 10 month old baby even though we had to bring own cot! Some maintenance issues, some doors and windows hard to open or close/lock, one of the showers had wet under lino by shower door and was slow to drain. Some people walked through property taking short-cut from tennis club.
