Summary: If you go, be prepared to bring a lot of your own stuff. The room is very big, even though it has a kitchen.

Summary: Pros: Very clean, contemporary style, nice shower, helpful staff, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, DW, induction cooktop. Cons: The only spot to set luggage is taken up by the TV & no luggage stand, had to use bed. Kitchenette not usable due to no dishes, utensils or pans in room

Summary: Last-minute reservation in an first-floor accessible room at this apparently new hotel. Hotel is set back from road with entrance not well-signed, easy to miss. Contactless check-in at kiosk at entrance worked well but entry doors to lobby were narrow and manually operated--awkward with luggage. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and spacious. Wifi was excellent. No window shades, only venetian blinds that allowed parking lot light in room at night. Sound of doors slamming from other guest rooms was intrusive, especially very early morning. Free morning coffee available in lobby. Parking was easy and price was better than other places we've stayed at in the area.

Summary: The room had bare minimum and looked like a dormitory. You heard footsteps all night above you. The TV did not work.

Summary: Absolutely loved my stay. Clean, quiet, spacious and every amenity I needed for a good night stay and a great night sleep. Water pressure in the shower was low, but the awesomeness of the rest of the room made up for it.

Summary: Our trip started out as a complete fluke when we needed to switch hotels after a brief stay at a different hotel, but we were so glad we did! Our check in was great; our suite with all our needed amenities were thankfully in place and we thoroughly enjoyed our six-day stay at the new facility. * I would suggest maybe hiring on a few more staff to help with all the clientele and their varying wishes. I felt bad the one staff was single-handedly trying to cover all the different department duties while working second shift...she was awesome and showed pure professionalism! But for our own stay and it only being open the past three months they did a great job! (Post signs or hand out important information at check in so guests can use all the features independently). We used an accessiblility suite, and the layout was almost perfect for those needing the accommodations. Thanks again!

Summary: The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is modern and what I loved about it is that the suite was equipped with everything that I could possibly need for my trip.

Summary: I’ve stayed here several times since the property opened and I’ve never had an issue. It’s clean it’s comfortable. It’s quiet and it’s convenient as it is located right next to the Thruway or I 90. But during this 8 night stay, I had asked four different times for toilet paper. The room only started with a half roll and another spare. I sent two messages through the send message to hotel portal, called twice speaking to somebody, and then saw somebody and asked them as well. For four days, I had no toilet paper. I ended up purchasing my own. Then I asked about the garbage because I was here for eight nights. They said they have the guests bring out their own garbage to the dumpster in the back. No problem I can do that, but they don’t provide any extra garbage bags. So I went and bought myself garbage bags. I’ve never experienced this side and it made me very aggravated. As this is a work trip and I work usually around 10 to 12 hours per day not including travel. And it was 9 shifts straight. So to have to deal with this, it’s just is very upsetting.

Summary: The place was brand new, just didn’t look like the been cleaned properly - there was a hairball behind the bathroom door, toothpaste on the counter, mirror had spots. There was no soap anywhere either (maybe this is common with suites?)
