Positive: The apartment is centrally located near the Hallgrimskirkja and shops and restaurants on Laugavegur street. There was plenty of parking directly infront of the apartment.
Negative: The bedroom is comfortable, but the space is tight.

Positive: Location was on quiet street, but close to shopping area. Very safe. Bed was comfy. Water was nice and hot (it has a smell, but that's all of Iceland).
Negative: We were there in June when the sun doesn't set and the windows didn't all have coverings - so make sure you pack a sleeping mask. Parking was also a bit difficult. It's street parking, and we occasionally had a hard time finding a spot nearby.

Positive: We rented both apartments, so it was wonderful to be so close together but each have our own space. The upstairs apartment is bigger - the fold out couch doesn’t really work in the bottom apartment, but that was fine since we only needed one. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do.
Negative: Some nights we had to look around a bit for parking.

Positive: The location is perfect! Shopping dining entertainment local attractions all within walking distance
Negative: Can't complain about anything. We did very little cooking so the sparse kitchen equipment was of no consequence
