Positive: A quiet location. Comfortable bed, easy to find. Clean and comfortable for one night, the bedrooms and lounge were of a good size. Walking distance (15 min) to the foreshore and restaurants in Ullapool.
Negative: Not close to where you could eat or drink a coffe or have a breakfast. Many rules to check out (we were expected to strip beds and remove rubbish, open the windows, close the heat, and so on).

Positive: Good location , about a mile from town centre. Very clean and high spec. Bit strange not having a kitchen so precooked food would have to be taken with you as well as paper plates and crockery. China cups and glasses supplied with tea & coffee facilities and a fridge.Host was very helpful and easy to contact with fast response.
Negative: More of a possible concern perhaps for others rather than me - 14 concrete steps inside front door to get to flat. Customer required to remove bedding into a bag as well as emptying bins into bins outside before leaving.

Negative: Some confusion between the described facilities on Booking.com and their booking confirmation, but that was easily sorted with a phone call to the very helpful owners. I had a bit of a problem with my dog and the steps up to the apartment. Bit steep and slippery for a greyhound. 🤣

Positive: Once we got the heating adjusted (turned down a bit) we found it very comfortable. Some basic cutlery would have been handy but that’s not an issue. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
