Summary: The property was clean and tidy. The neighbor upstairs made right much noise about 4:00 AM and woke us up. It sounded like they were moving furniture or working out or something. It lasted about 45 minutes. Other than that we we satisfied with the apartment considering the price.

Summary: We recently stayed near Lexington for a state honor choir performance for our daughter. She had 2 days of rehearsals before the big day. We also had our 7 week old in tow so having some extra space was important. Chris was helpful answering all my questions before arrival & all the instructions given were helpful so we did not have to bother him once we arrived. The parking was easy & convenient & access to the condo was also very easy. The condo was very clean, roomy & had so many nice touches to make it feel like home. The host left us a nice thank you gift as well! We loved the bedding & beds! They were very cozy which made a stay away from home enjoyable. The smart tv had all the apps we were used to from home & being able to try different k-cups each morning was also nice! We appreciate all the hard work they’ve put into making their place nice for others. Would definitely return!

Summary: What a great place to stay with our visit to Columbia. We enjoyed the apartment and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to visit the area. The complex is quiet and very accessible to some great restaurants in the immediate area. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Summary: My wife and I received a call that the next grandson was on the way. We needed something available despite the short notice. I looked online and the property was available. Christopher made sure everything was as promised. Clean and convenient. This is our second trip staying here and have already scheduled our third. That says it all.
