Lovely flat on the first floor of lovely building in Pimlico, 2min walk from Pimlico tube stop (on Victoria line) and 10min walk to Victoria coach and train station. Lovely quiet safe neighbourhood nearby great attractions such as the Tate Museum and lovely walks along the River. The flat has a nice size bedroom with light bright bathroom down a few stairs from bedroom (please note they are quite steep). Large open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area with huge windows to let in lots of light. Full equipped kitchen and a washing machine in the hallway - you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Professionally cleaned between guests and professionally cleaned linen and fluffy white towels provided.
The bathroom has been completely repainted to freshen it up in Jan 2020 and new items of furniture added (new chair in sitting room, chest of draws in bedroom) and new lamps.
Cleaning:
- All linen is professionally Laundered between stays
- To assure the guests that a proper clean is done our policy is to allocate 3 hours for each clean. (just to note an average hotel room allocates 25mins to clean a room)
- All surfaces are throughly wiped down with antibacterial spray.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Pimlico. The flat had everything we needed. It was quiet and safe but wonderfully close to shops, including several grocery stores and a post office. The mattress and the shower were terrific! The large windows made for a sunny and happy spot to stay in between our outings. The Tube station is literally a four-minute walk away, and it's a twelve-minute walk to the Tate. Communication with Annabelle was easy and professional. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The host was very helpful with setting up the stay! I rented this place for my daughter and her boyfriend as a graduation present Annabelle was great about me not being there! In the US if you are under 25yrs old it’s hard to rent anything! Do thank you for a great and safe place for them to stay!! They would stay there again!

Summary: Registration was quick & easy. Check in was very easy. Gathering information from the owner was very easy. Accommodations were very nice. We did not spend a lot of time at the residence, or utilize the cooking opportunity. But the fridge kept our beverages cold, and the bed was AMAZING. Very comfortable, fresh linens, wonderful pillows! Perhaps it was the jet lag, or just that fact that we were so busy each day, but I looked forward to bed every night! The apartment was clean, and the bathroom was quite adorable. (Note: the bathroom is private and part of the apartment, but it is located off the bedroom, down a flight of small, steep, carpeted stairs.(which my daughter fell down one morning, wearing socks). The property may not be the best for elderly or impaired travelers. There is also a requirement to go up a flight of stairs to gain entrance to the apartment.) Convenient!! Very close to the bus and underground! Great bakery and pizza restaurant within one block. Also a fruit stand and convenient store on the block.
