Positive: Extra supplies like coffee pods are provided to get you started; Stoneware, utensils, appliances, fixtures, and finishes are high quality and very functional, which was greatly appreciated.
Negative: Inability to control temperature in any of the spaces was a significant and surprising issue. The bedroom was quite warm at night and if guests want the temp adjusted, they must let hosts into the bedroom to access a locked closet where the thermostat is located. For me, this is unacceptable. Also, all pillows and the mattress have covers that are 100% NON-breathable and very uncomfortable, even though the mattress itself is fairly comfortable. Lastly, an extra fee is applied to check out at 11am. Due to all these factors, I would not stay here again, even though the space is kept up nicely.

Positive: One of the Best BnB experience I've had so far! From personalised scents in the room, welcoming with cookies, comfortable bed and clean bathroom with thoughtful amenities. Booking was a breeze. Dana and Ben were very patient with our questions and requests. Thank you! We had a 2 night stay here and metro was about 5mins walk. Close to a mall with supermarkets. 5 stations to capital one arena. Overall, I highly recommend this stay and will definitely stay here again when I visit DC!

Positive: Other places might be rated as high on cleanliness, but are older and have a feeling of staying in someone's well-kept house. This is distinctly different - it's more like staying in a spotless, recently renovated hotel suite with a kitchen. The Metro is a short walk and a wide variety of restaurants nearby. I will stay here again.

Positive: I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful suite for one night, and it exceeded my expectations. The bed was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the shower very nice. The landlord was thoughtful and attentive, even asking us about the fragrance for each room, which added a personal touch. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Positive: The flat was wonderful! It was bright, cheery, and comfortable. It felt brand new, updated, and well-designed. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal if you desired. The walk-in shower was luxurious—it had a rainfall showerhead and it was spacious! Most of all, the bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. I am a single female traveler so it’s important to be in a safe neighborhood, which this was. I use public transportation when I travel and this flat was on a major Metro line. A ride on the Metro to the nation’s capital and Mall area, was less than 30 minutes, even during peak travel time. The flat was also within a 3-4 minute walk of a metro station as well as a Lidl, Target, and other retail stores. I highly recommend this wonderful luxury suite. It was wonderful!
