Positive: The apartment has everything you need, but it needs some renovation: the walls need fresh paint, the sofa is a bit stained. Otherwise, everything is great, we had new bed linen and lots of towels, including beach towels, and there was a beach umbrella in the closet (but we found it late, so we didn't use it). Great location, literally 5-10 minutes walk to the sea and one of the nicest beaches. If you are a runner, the 5th Ave is good for running, but you need to run towards the north end of the street (the other way from all the bars) it's more quiet there and less people and almost no cars further in the residential area. The building is located on a street with bars and cafes, but a little further back, so you can sleep tight at night. In general, the area is quiet, there are more quiet restaurants nearby, and if you need more nightlife, just walk along 5th Avenue a little further
Negative: The first time it was difficult to find the address. The employee of the neighboring building could not understand that we were looking for literally the house next door. The receptionist of our building also did not immediately understand that this was the right address. It is easier to search for Moma 42 in Google, and not the address from the reservation
