Positive: Lucas was an excellent host and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. The location was near to lots of restaurants and bars and beaches but at a distance that was nice and quiet in the evenings and nights.
Negative: Would have liked a kettle but the gas cooker had plenty of rings which easily facilitated boiling water in a pan.
Summary: Fabulous location and excellent apartment and great value for money

Positive: Great location to start a road trip and ‘land’ in Mexico. Host goes out of his way to help: much appreciated. The kids enjoyed the pool and beach, hence so did we. The house is also far enough from the worst tourist traps :-).

Positive: The properties location is fantastic. Quiet area but close to lots of amazing restaurants and a big shopping street. The host is very helpful and the area feels very secure
Negative: The oven didn’t seem to work and not all of the hobs worked during our stay.

Positive: Location right at the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Off street parking was very handy as you otherwise must pay for parking in central Playa del Carmen. We took the ground floor apartment, which had a patio with direct pool access, which was great for the kids. The host very kindly was flexible with the check out and occupying the parking spot as we did not fly out until the evening.

Positive: It is a huge apartment with a great terrace with a pool view, two big bedrooms and a spacious kitchen and living room. The owner was very helpful with all the information what to do, where to eat and what to see in Playa del Carmen. He also provided us with water in the appartment so we didn’t have to buy it. He also helped us with ordering a taxi for going back home which was very helpful.The appartment is on a great location,just 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from famous Quinta Avenida. It is very comfy and safe place to stay in Playa del Carmen, I highly recommend it!
