Positive: We love the location and that you are doing your best to keep the sea as clean as possible. The pool area is amazing. We love the snack bar and resturants. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Having the late check out options was perfect for us as we needed to stay longer. My favorite part is the sunrise in the morning!
Negative: Hmmm.there isn't anything that comes to mind. Everything was wonderful. We have been here many times and have always enjoyed ourselves.

Negative: Stay away from Leading Vacation Club – misleading and dishonest experience. During the sales pitch, they make it sound like a dream deal. They promised luxury vacations, exclusive member benefits, and even mentioned a return on investment (ROI), saying that I could make money back from my membership. But once I reviewed the contract carefully, I realized that NONE of those benefits or the ROI promise were actually included in the agreement. In fact, they never even asked for my bank account details to make that so-called ROI possible in the first place. Even worse, the contract isn’t even with Leading Vacation Club. It’s with a completely different agency located outside of Mexico, using a fake address, no phone number, and no business card – making it impossible to reach anyone for support. Once I realized the deception and decided to cancel (as The contract allows within 5 business days), they made the process a nightmare. They tried to threaten me with legal penalties and completely ignored the cancellation clause clearly stated in their own contract. It’s a scam wrapped in a high-pressure sales pitch. Do not trust them – read everything carefully and walk away before it’s too late.
Summary: DO WASTE YOUR VACATION TIME WITH LEADING VACATION CLUB !!!! It’s a huge scam!!

Positive: I really liked the location of the resort and how it was just a short walk to the private beach. I also liked how easy it wa to get a taxi from the resort and go into town. The staff was nice.
Negative: When we checked in, I said that I wanted a bottle of Champagne in the room (paid in advance) and it wasn't there, we didn't get it until the second night we were there and I had to reach out to someone to get it. The food at the resort for dinner was ok, not great but the breakfast buffet was horrible, the food was not good at all. Also, we were staying for an extra night that was booked through booking.com and I thought that I had paid already but apparently I didn't (which is fine) but instead of reaching out to me to tell me I had an unpaid balance, they just shut off our room key without a word or heads up.
