Summary: It was great to have such a great place to stay after our cruise. We watched the Super Bowl and had a comfortable, overnight stay. The hospitality s were wonderful, too!

Summary: This condo was better than anticipated! David and Carla made our arrival so easy and were extremely gracious and accommodating! This is the perfect place to extend a cruise with a few days in beautiful San Juan. A must is the four minute walk to Buenos Ayres Restaurant. I recommend the skirt steak. 👍

Summary: Love the condo. Wish our flight wasn't delayed that we could've enjoyed it longer plus made a trip to downtown San Juan. Condo is as listed. We walked to a nearby restaurant for a late dinner due to our late arrival. Breakfast in the morning was much appreciated.

Summary: What an amazingly perfect rental! My family of five, including 3 boys, 10, 12, and 13, travelled to Puerto Rico for the first time and lucked out with this gem of a property. Only a short 7 minute drive from the airport, it is perfectly located for all you are looking to do in PR. We walked the 1 block to spend an amazing beach day, drove a short 10- 15 minutes to tour old San Juan, and had dozens of yummy restaurants within walking distance. The place itself is incredible! There is so much space , we could spread out and never feel crowded. The beds are probably the best I have slept on in a rental and the decor is luxurious. I also had zero concerns about safety - it is in a great location. David and Carla are the perfect hosts. Check in was a breeze - they met us and gave us a tour. They were a font of information to make our stay enjoyable. They even had the refrigerator stocked for breakfast! This is a huge help when you are exhausted from a day of traveling . In short, do not hesitate to book the property. We certainly would stay here again and again!

Summary: This property is renovated so beautifully & the hosts David and Carla were simply AMAZING. They gave us a complete walk through of the property during checkin & suggested all the places to eat, visit in the vicinity. This place is located so close to the beach & still located in the city for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that are planning to book a stay in this area. The sweet couple also provided us some Breakfast items & all needed toiletries. Really appreciate the way they treat the guests. Loved the little beach views from the apartments, had a reserved parking spot & we were provided the keys & key fob to enter the building. Also the place always has 1 or more security guards & it feels very safe. Don’t think twice, if you feel you are getting a good price go ahead and book it. The apartment is a JEWEL in the city.
